Hi Parents!
My name is Hongxia Lu, and I have been a Licensed Daycare Provider in NYC. I have ten years of childcare experience in school. I am proud of before I was a Montessori teacher for Early Childhood Education. I earned lots of experience from school and training. Also, I was a Mandarin teacher before in China. I have a teaching certification. At the same time, I graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and earned a Master's degree. We provide full-time and part-time care to toddlers and preschool-age children( two years old and up). The Panda Bilingual Care NYC believes each child is a unique individual. Our education is to develop self-confidence and independence by respecting every child's inherent potential, intelligence, and individual needs.

Our Mission
Our Mandarin immersion educational environment family daycare is designed to enlighten child’s intellectual development in Mandarin speaking, reading, writing and build a solid appreciation for cultural diversity. We encourage child’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development. To create and sustain a joyous educational environment and to enable each child to realize his or her richest potential, we:
• Focus on the development of self-esteem, independence, and personal responsibility in each child.
• Provide a stimulating and nurturing environment with an equal balance of social, emotional, and intellectual support.
• Encourage self-motivation and self-discipline that will lead to a life-long pursuit of knowledge.
• Strive to create a partnership with parents to create a positive environment for each child.
Pre-School

Our preschool is an extension of our highly successful After-school program.

Our curriculum is based on the premise that children have a natural state of curiosity and readiness for learning.

Children have an opportunity to participate in culturally and linguistically relevant activities to facilitate language acquisition.

We celebrate all major Chinese holidays with activities such as tasting moon cakes and dancing in traditional Chinese costumes!
After-School
Our after-school is also designed for practical life activities. Children can choose from a variety of works or activities such as planting flowers or feeding fish. Children can focus on a particular task for as long as they need until they feel that they have mastered it. In this process, children learn how to speak appropriately to one another, how to take turns, and how to share space.
